One day before Black Women’s Equal Pay Day, featuring tune into a virtual conversation with EEOC Chair Charlotte A. Burrows and the incredible organizational leaders of BWEPD. We will discuss the pay gap for Black women, contributors to this ongoing problem, the devastating impact on Black women and families, and solutions for ending pay discrimination once and for all.

2. Get loud with us on social media
Join the national social media storm on July 27at 11 a.m. PST / 2 p.m. EST for an hour of advocacy to raise awareness about the wage gap and workplace discrimination Black women face on the job. Follow the hashtag #BlackWomensEqualPayDay to join the conversation.
