I loved this bulletin board theme. The message (“Be The Reason Someone Smiles Today”) was great and really resonated for a secondary board in an elementary school. We focus a lot on character development and these bulletin board themes definitely speak to that. However, there were two minor things that I wish had been different. First, though the bulletin board I was decorating was approximately the right size, I was very short on the border pieces. I wish O would have realized this in time to order something complimentary to the board because I love the theme and the color scheme.

Also, I am mostly happy with the way it came together, but the words “reason” and “someone” were split into two pieces each on the punch out cards. This meant that the negative space between the letters was white with a black outline. However, the space between the a and s in reason, and the i and l in smiles were both just large empty spaces, no white negative space, no black outline. Since the board is covered in a yellow backing paper, it looks odd to me.

The quality of the pieces is good. It was easy to punch out all of the decorations and assemble the board. I loved the end result other than the few issues I mentioned previously. Bulletin board themes can be expensive, but this was a reasonable price, especially if I had been able to use the border. Overall, I would recommend, but also suggest buying a separate border.

I love this set. It is so cute and a great deal for the money. My only complaint is that the listing says that it comes with 25 pieces of border that are each 30 cm long. There were only 16 pieces of border in the pack. Unfortunately, this is not enough for the bulletin board that I am using.

Got these for March reading month bulletin board. Have not used yet but I did open and check them out. Quality is great and colors are bright!

The Up movie is our school’s theme this year. We put this in the hallway. I put white letters on the balloons that spelled out ‘Welcome to 2nd Grade’. Then connected them to the picture of the house with white yarn. It turn out very cute!!

My board is 69.5” wide by 43” tall. The border was just a little short for my board but I ended up just putting a star in that corner. I haven’t put up the flowers and stars yet because I’m adding some other things. Reason for 4 stars is the words: today, great and something all split in half and I’m not a fan. Wish they would be one piece instead

My classroom is Disney theme and for birthdays I decided to make it UP themed. I have a cricut and was gonna go that route but decided to save time and buy this instead and I’m so glad I did! I love the way our board turned out!

I spent a long time centering and lining up the borders and letters only to find them all on the floor the next day. Sticky dots that are included didnt hold. I reapplied with blue sticky tac.

Me and my students loved this!
